When can I expect to receive the records?

Requests will be answered within ten (10) business days from the date we receive the request. If the request will take longer than ten (10) business days, we will notify you that additional time is needed to fulfill your request (UCA 63G-2-204).

How do I receive the records and communicate with the City after submitting the request?

You will receive email notifications regarding updates to your request. You can create an account using the "Sign In" option at the top of the page. Is there a charge for the records?

The first fifteen (15) minutes of fulfilling the request is free. If a request takes longer than fifteen (15) minutes to complete, there may be a charge (UCA 63G-2-203).

If you are requesting Fire Reports, there is a charge of $5 per report.
